Siddhant is a quintessential problem solver and the driving force behind New Business Development at Fabstech. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from VIT, Vellore, he holds an illustrious academic record. Siddhant further honed his skills with a Masters in Management from Warwick Business School (UK) in 2015 and an executive MBA from IIM, Indore in 2021.

Fabstech is headed by Mr. V.P. Gupta as Managing Director, and is one of the most reputed names in Steel Engineering in India. Mr.Gupta is an alumnus of University of Washington and graduated with an impeccable academic record of a perfect 4.0 GPA in his Masters.

After completing his metallurgy degree, he landed his first job at Boeing Company at Seattle in 1969 and later at Todd Shipyard, the biggest shipbuilding company on the west coast of United States. He also worked briefly at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in Bangalore. This is where he got fascinated by the scale and size of the engineering & metal working industry.

Mr. Gupta, after coming back from the USA, started the 1st and only Steel Rolling Mill in his state of Madhya Pradesh in 1972 by the name of Steel Ingots. Later he went on to setup another Steel Rolling mill in Calcutta in the name of K.R. Steel in Kalyani, West Bengal.

Subsequently, in early 1980's, he incorporated Fabstech Private Limited to manufacture specialized alloy steels and critical components in Dewas near Indore, to reduce India's import dependency on foreign OEMS. Mr. Gupta has been in the Manufacturing field for over 40 years and has used his expertise and resourcefulness, gathered in India and abroad, to constantly provide foremost value to his clients and mentor his team. With an unparalleled track record with the most prestigious industrial houses in India and abroad, Fabstech has gained immense goodwill in the country.

His passion and hard-work paid him numerous awards and recognitions in India. He presently acts as honorary member on boards of numerous companies and Social bodies in India including Hospitals, Construction and Real estate companies, etc.

Siddhant is a quintessential problem solver and the driving force behind New Business Development at Fabstech. Siddhant further honed his skills with a Masters in Management from Warwick Business School (UK) in 2015 and an Executive MBA from IIM, Indore in 2021.

With a strategic focus on process standardization, systems automation and financial modeling, Siddhant plays a pivotal role in shaping Fabstech Group's future growth strategies. His visionary leadership has successfully expanded Fabstech's global footprint, establishing impactful alliances in the Middle East and Africa.
